About the Job: PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our comprehensive healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Internal Medicine/Family Practice services, focusing on patient-centered care that emphasizes wellness, prevention, and effective management of chronic conditions. Compensation: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients. Educates patients and families about wellness, prevention, and early detection of ailments. Generates referrals to specialist doctors based on examination findings and patient needs. Engages in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs to maintain highest standards of care. Assists in resolving patient complaints and answering inquiries with high professionalism. Ensures all patient information is handled with utmost confidentiality in compliance with federal guidelines and regulations. Meticulously completes medical records documentation daily using EMR systems. Provides night call coverage as required, ensuring continuous patient care. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must possess a MD or DO degree. Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s). Board eligibility or board certification is required. Valid DEA license. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a full clinical onsite role is highly desirable. Proven track record in a primary care setting, focusing on both individual patient encounters and wider population health outcomes. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families. Solid clinical skills with the ability to handle a variety of medical situations and emergencies. Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve patient care objectives. Excellent decision-making skills and the capability to work autonomously. Commitment to ethical medical practice and adherence to all professional regulations.
