Arizona (Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice (Geriatrics) - Primary Care Physician opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ (PART TIME)

Excellent part-time physician opportunity providing primary care to patients in skilled nursing and rehab facilities.
Our physicians play a key role in the interdisciplinary team.
The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary.
They complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow-up visits as medically necessary.
