Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient group including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Implement and manage health plans, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results for various patient demographics.Perform routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings for a range of health conditions.Conduct procedures including splinting, employment physicals, and disability/workers' compensation exams.Interpret EKGs and X-rays to diagnose health issues accurately.Engage in continuous education and stay abreast of cutting-edge medical procedures and developments.Minimum Position Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Valid state medical license and at least 2 years of professional experience in a primary care setting.Proven ability to manage a variety of medical procedures applicable across diverse patient demographics.Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to support patient understanding of complex medical concepts.Commitment to continuing education and professional development.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team within an outpatient setting.Comfort and proficiency in EKG and X-ray interpretation.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to oversee clinic operations or junior staff when necessary.Experience in geriatric care and pediatric medicine.Engagement with local community health initiatives.Interest or background in medical research applicable to primary care.Skills: Proficient in all aspects of family medicine and internal medicine.Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on empathetic patient care.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing patient care.Capable of handling stress and pressure with a calm and steady demeanor.Technical skills including proficiency with medical software and equipment.Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Short-term and long-term disability insurance.Generous provider time off to ensure work-life balance.Support for continuous medical education and professional development.Covered malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Relocation assistance and a significant sign-on bonus.
