Primary Care Provider (Md, Np, Pa)

NeoPath Health, Inc., a Minnesota based administrator of employer based medical services, is in search of a full-time, 30 hour per week, family medicine physician to work at the Cedar Ridge Health Center in Rice Lake, WI.

Position Summary
The physician will work in a family practice clinical setting. The physician will provide general and preventive care; wellness exams, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, order lab tests and prescribe medications to children and adults. The ideal candidate will be able to build exceptional rapport with patients to optimize engagement and invest in the long-term wellness of RLWS employees and their family members.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide clinical care of patients including:
AssessmentDiagnosis/treatment of illnessOrdering and interpreting medical diagnosticsChronic disease management and Wellness carePrescribing of medications, treatments, therapy, medical equipment, etc.Follow established safety and health measuresDevelop and Implement treatment plansPromote health and wellnessEducate patients and families on self-care to ensure positive long-term patient outcomesOversight of onsite CLIA waived labDispense prepackaged medications onsiteRefer to outside providers as neededPresent on various related health topics upon request Qualifications
• Unrestricted MD License to practice in Wisconsin
• Wisconsin Prescriptive authority and DEA licensure
• BLS certification

No weekends or holidays.
