Responsibilities
• Perform accounting procedures including inputting payment transactions, reviewing rejected payments, and reconciling payments• Handle administrative duties such as placing orders, verifying and entering information, and managing office supplies• Provide customer service by assisting students, accepting payments, and responding to inquiries• Engage in meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED• Two years of general accounts transaction experience or equivalent education and training• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processing• Proficiency with spreadsheet software, word processing, and web applications• Experience with Enterprise Financial System and familiarity with University of Minnesota policies and procedures is preferred• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of delivering excellent customer service• Physical requirements include keyboarding, grasping, and engaging in repetitive motions
