Principal Architecture Roles/Responsibilities: Work closely with clients intermediaries and internal Cognizant authorities to build high impact solutions Define solution vision and direction building on commonalities and benefits across lines of business and technologies Good track record of winning large deals Anchor solution and strategy discussions with CxOs and Business Leaders Lead a multi-functional team of solution architects across their respective domains. Envision a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the partner client Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into creative and innovate business technology solutions and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand inefficiencies in clients existing business processes and applications and recommend solutions Coordination with all stakeholders sales solutions operations change management pricing transition facilities et al to ensure timely and high quality proposal and response submission to clients Lead and contribute towards the design development and implementation of winning technical estimation and solutions for customers Creation and maintain effective knowledge management system to support all the solutioning phase of the deal lifecycle Design technology solution that aligns with the larger engagement model across towers and jointly build engagement level transformation themes Required Qualifications: 15 plus years in strategy, operations, process consulting, stakeholder management, project/ program delivery within legacy modernization or digital transformations · Project/Program training and certifications (PMI/SAFe 5.0/Prince II) · Experience in delivering at least 3 or more complex programs involving teams across multiple geographies · Experience in senior stakeholder management, communication, and relationship · Experience being part of deal solutioning and identifying relevant risks · Can present solutions from the Program Management standpoint · Experience in managing client stakeholders across IT, VMO, and business · Adept with multicultural; multi-geo working teams and stakeholders · Experience in contract management · Program delivery experience involving 3 or more service lines · Experience in delivering Transformational commitment, productivity goals, offshoring commitment · Experience in delivering domain capability services or niche technology capabilities or new technologies to the market · Experience in leading/managing structured deals, takeover/acquisition, or divesture programs Required Education: MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off 401(k) plan and contributions Long-term/Short-term Disability Paid Parental Leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan .
