As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to design, develop, and implement the company's software offering of AgiSight.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop and lead implementations of AgiSight.Support design and development of the company's data architecture, including data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows and data pipelines.Work with the development team to ensure that data-related code is optimized for performance and scalability.Provide data governance and quality assurance, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and secure.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to data architecture and data management.Key Skills Needed: Strong understanding of database design and architecture principles, including relational and non-relational databases.Experience with ETL processes and data integration technologies, such as SQL, Python, and data integration tools like Hevo and Fivetran.Experience with Supply Chain Systems such as Manhattan Associates or Blue Yonder.Knowledge of data modeling tools like ERwin, Visio, or similar.Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.Relevant certifications in data management or architecture are a plus.Snowflake, Hevo, AWS, GCP and/or Azure experience is a plus.Typical Travel: Expected is about 25%.
