In this role you would:
Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices.Be an individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI development using Service Portal and UI Builder, Workflow/flows development.Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences.Responsibilities: Manage ServiceNow instance upgrade and performance/security related tasks.Develop Integration components through REST.Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences.Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: BE in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies.Exposure to AngularJS/React framework or experience on Service Portal/UI Builder.Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST, SOAP.Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models is a plus.Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software.Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time.Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery.Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Proven team player and team builder.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
