Executive Recruiter – Corporate Affairs Location: New York City

The Opportunity: They are looking for an Executive Recruiter to play a vital role in the Corporate Affairs division.
This position is essential for business development, building long-term relationships with agency and corporate clients, particularly in the financial services sector, and managing executive search projects.
Key areas of focus will include financial/strategic communications and investor relations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Building Client Relationships: Strengthen client connections by actively managing ongoing projects and fostering new opportunities for collaboration.Sourcing Top Talent: Identify and connect with high-caliber candidates across relevant industries, ensuring a pipeline of qualified professionals.Expanding Business Opportunities: Drive growth by seeking out new client partnerships and expanding existing relationships.Providing Market Insights: Share industry knowledge to support the firm's research efforts and strategic decision-making.Collaborating on Projects: Partner with senior recruiters on executive search assignments, assist with candidate shortlisting, and contribute to ad hoc projects.Tracking and Reporting Performance: Measure the success of recruitment efforts through reports and analytics to guide ongoing improvements.Contributing to Practice Growth: Share innovative ideas to enhance the firm's capabilities and service offerings. Experience and Skills: 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, sales, corporate affairs, or a related field.Bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing, economics, or a similar field).Strong communication skills, capable of building rapport and engaging confidently with clients and candidates across various channels.Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
