We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist with a Ph.D. and a solid track record in developing Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and a deep understanding of multi-agent system design and implementation. You will be instrumental in advancing our AI algorithms and models, optimizing our platform's core functions for smarter workflow orchestration and efficiency.
Required Skills
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, ideally specializing in Large Language Models.
Over 10 years of experience in data science or AI, including key roles in AI projects at leading tech companies.
Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LLaMA, with a focus on multi-agent systems.
Strong expertise in NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms, demonstrated by a portfolio of innovative AI solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated AI models, particularly LLMs, utilizing frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex to analyze team dynamics and organizational behavior.
Innovate in multi-agent system architectures to enable advanced interaction models within the platform, improving collaboration and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure seamless AI integrations that enhance user experience and align with the platform's strategic objectives.
Apply the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP to continually enhance the platform's intelligence and capabilities.
Lead data-driven analysis and modeling initiatives to extract insights that significantly improve team productivity and performance.
Establish a comprehensive, agile data science workflow from data preprocessing to model deployment, emphasizing rapid iteration and adaptability.
Promote a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, staying updated with the latest AI research and applications.
