Principal Devops Architect/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal DevOps Architect to lead transformation initiatives in development and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing DevOps solutions that foster organizational transformation, including assessing current state, creating a transformational roadmap, and driving its execution.
Responsibilities: Lead the assessment of the organization's current DevOps maturity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.Architect and implement comprehensive DevOps solutions that support the organization's transformation and strategic growth.Develop a detailed transformational roadmap, outlining steps for moving from the current to the desired state of DevOps maturity.Champion the cultural shift towards DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.Design and automate infrastructure components using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Develop and maintain code-based CI/CD pipelines integrating quality and security measures, enabling rapid software delivery and frequent releases.Define and drive monitoring, metrics, and logging strategies to enhance application performance, security, and reliability.Collaborate with software engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to drive the DevOps transformation and ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide mentorship and guidance to DevOps and software engineering teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to DevOps architectures and solutions.
