About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer specializing in sensors and RF (Radio Frequency) circuits to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electronic systems that integrate sensor technologies in low power embedded platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus10+ years of experience in board design and testing for embedded platforms integrating novel sensorsExperience with high-speed circuit design and testing. Familiarity with RF testing equipment and methodologiesExperience designing low power circuits for battery powered applicationsProficiency in circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, Eagle)Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, power supplies, and sensor interfacesAbility to analyze and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and data sheetsProficient in RF circuit design, including impedance matching and low-noise amplifier designExperience with sensor technologies such as MEMS, optical, thermal, and radar sensingKnowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa)Able to independently lead and work through complex problems with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with compliance testing and certification processesExperience working with contract manufacturing partnersBonus Qualifications: Knowledge of FPGA, ASIC, or embedded systems designBackground in antenna design and analysisProficiency in programming for automated testing (e.g., Python, MATLAB)Fluency in MandarinExperience in automation and writing Firmware related automation scriptsExperience with Lithium battery modeling and performance analysisResponsibilities: Design, prototype, and test circuits including RF, low power MCUs and peripherals for sensor applicationsDevelop sensor interface electronics for applications such as IoT use casesOptimize designs for performance, power efficiency, and costPerform circuit-level simulations using tools such as SPICE, HFSS, or similarModel and simulate RF and sensor performance to predict and mitigate potential issuesDesign schematic diagrams and guide PCB layout using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCadBuild and test circuit prototypes to verify functionality and performanceDebug and troubleshoot circuits to address design and manufacturing issues. Document and maintain testing results for compliance and reportingConduct lab testing and validation of RF circuits and sensor systemsUtilize network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes to measure and optimize RF and antenna performanceCommunicate technical results and trade-offs effectively to stakeholders.
