We are looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer, NPI to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Director, NPI Engineering and be based in San Jose, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities: Assisting with the introduction of new products into the company's manufacturing establishment. As part of the Engineering and Manufacturing team, you will be influential in helping the team achieve continuous improvement to BE products. The candidate will work with multiple internal stakeholders and will act as an interface between design and manufacture. Provide support and mentoring to the team. Working with a team of engineers to define efficient test and validation routines. Providing support to other functional areas. Management, control and co-ordination of NPI engineering elements of a project as an individual or as part of a team. Verification and Validation of new products. Ensuring an effective transfer of the project into production, whilst ensuring project deadlines and requirements, including regulatory, are achieved. Providing leadership and guidance to product development and manufacturing teams. Working with other personnel to ensure that the product performance, reliability, quality and cost expectations are met. Generation of verification test procedures and test scripts. Generation of test reports for internal and external use. Design/update test rig hardware. To ensure production assembly and test processes are designed, optimized, documented and followed. Skills Requirement: Must have High Voltage functional Testing experience with AC/DC equipment. Knowledge on developing Test equipment for BE products to perform the functional testing. Hardware test automation experience with demonstrable experience in LabView, Python. From time to time you may be required to travel to customer sites to oversee installation and conduct Site Acceptance Tests. Travel expected Domestic & International 20%-25%. Salary Ranges: $162,400.00 - $233,600.00
