Our client is focused on cutting-edge AI solutions designed for operation in the harshest conditions. To support development and deployment tasks, they are establishing an Operations Analysis team to guide business strategy and complement the Modeling and Simulation team. This new team will provide rigorous analytical products to guide product development and demonstrate value to customers.
Role Overview As a Principal Engineer, Mission Operations Analyst, you will be an operations analysis expert with a diverse skill set, interfacing with internal programs and external customers. You will listen to stakeholder needs and design rigorous mathematical and physical analyses to create compelling value propositions. You will lead analysis to support requirements definitions, concept of operations (CONOPS) evaluations, and operational effectiveness studies, shaping future capabilities for the warfighter. These studies quantify the effects of payloads, weapons, and tactics on survivability and mission effectiveness. Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) will complement demonstration events to showcase the real warfighter capability offered.
