Responsibilities
As a Principal Group Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will play an integral role in defining and executing a new vision for AI-driven science platform development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, scientists, and researchers to build new interfaces and product experiences, shape underlying AI capabilities that support these experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and high-craft product making.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience working with cross functional domains and technologies.
5+ years of experience creating product strategies, defining product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and setting product vision.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate or Masters in Science or Engineering, Data Science, Research, Computer Science, or related field AND AI/ML expertise
OR equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Product Management Framework.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
