The World Wide Grocery Tech is playing a very important part in the success of the business strategy of the Grocery stores business. This team is focused on creating world class grocery tech solutions across our different grocery brands - Amazon Fresh, Amazon Go and Whole Food Market. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HR team and drive the people agenda for the grocery tech organization.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for supporting multiple Director level leaders and their teams and is critical in building and executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence. This person will need to understand what it takes to move a successful, rapidly growing organization from good to great. We're looking for someone who is inherently curious, thinks big, and is comfortable taking calculated risks and implementing innovative solutions. An unrelenting focus on the customer and employee experience, a proven ability to invent and simplify, a bias for action, and the capability to think big will be requirements for success in this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
