Saviynt is looking for multiple Principal IGA and CPAM Cloud Services Engineers to help scale, support and operate its leading converged identity Governance (IGA) and Cloud Privilege Account Management (CPAM) cloud platform. As a Principal IGA and CPAM Cloud Services Engineer, the primary responsibility will be to triage, update incident tickets, and resolve technical issues through debugging research, and investigation. For customer reported incidents, resolution and recovery SLA must be met, and RCA is mandatory with the goal to detect and prevent future issues through automation.
\n WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGIdentify, debug and troubleshoot break fix issues and take it to a resolutionRespond and resolve issues within agreed service levelsWork closely with Engineering and DevSecOps teams for activities related to supporting the IAM and CPAM service offeringsCommunicate with end users/businesses to explain the issue(s) and resolution. Provide technical analysis for the production incidents, resolution, and root cause analysis for the incidentsPublish knowledge articles for the incidents and service requests, prepare technical documents for the standard operating procedures WHAT YOU BRINGDomain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying one or more IAM tools like Saviynt, Sailpoint, OIM or ISIMDatabase : Extensive experience in database operations & SQLStrong hands-on experience with Scripting (ex. Shell, Javascript, Python, Groovy)Knowledge and experience in invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools such as PostmanBasic knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix & windowsPrior experience integrating with any SSO providersExperience working with global Customers and strong customer focusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKeywords: Cloud, Java, Scripting, Linux, SQL Good to have:Domain knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM)Hand-on experience in PAM products like Cyperark, BeyondtrustExperience with any ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Servicenow, JIRA, Remedy, etc is preferredHands-on experience in internals of cloud components (ex. Public Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, Applications, APIs)Strong understanding of Cloud offerings - AWS or Azure preferredKnowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Site Reliability Engineering(SRE) Qualifications:Bachelor's/equivalent in Engineering8+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment preferably in any Identity Management and Governance productsExperience in one of the public cloud platforms – AWS or AzurePassionate about operating and scaling cloud services per the expected SLA and constantly looking into data for operational insightsKnowledge of Java/J2EE and SQLExperience with ticketing systems, monitoring and automation platforms ex: Freshdesk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, RunDeckUnderstanding of SLAs and the importance of being within SLAs
\n$115,000 - $160,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $160,000 annually.
