Responsibilities
• Lead identification, scoping, road mapping, and implementation of web platform and eCommerce projects• Analyze, develop, and complete break/fix requests• Support business processes in Customer Service, Business Operations, and Marketing• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users• Assist in the entire project lifecycle• Participate in system changes, strategies, standards, and processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related fields• Minimum 7+ years of applicable IT experience• Solid background in order management and master data in an ERP platform• Ability to work independently with multiple business units• Thorough understanding of manufacturing operations and web technologies• Experience with Web Services, relational databases, HTML, and XML• Experience in the B2B e-Commerce industry preferred
