As companies focus on delivering digital first, hybrid and AI-experience driven, the importance of digital document workflows has become critical to ensure business acceleration. Businesses' most important assets are their documents, and digital transformation starts with their document workflows. From creation to collaboration, document workflows can be a friction or an advantage.
You'll be responsible for driving incremental growth for Document Cloud B2B business through our Mid-Market routes-to-market, including Phones sales. You'll lead key initiatives to drive growth with small to mid-sized businesses, from conducting research to identify new product roadmap ideas, refining targeting and messaging based on new use cases, and partnering with cross-functional teams to complete critical initiatives.
You'll develop a deep knowledge of the target audiences and leverage customer and product insights to inform go-to-market plans. You'll also have a strong sense of metrics to measure and track performance to achieve annual targets.
The ideal candidate is a highly driven, customer-centric individual who is comfortable working through ambiguity. You're well versed in all aspects of marketing from strategy to cross-functional leadership.
You have strength in diving deep into data, identifying key insights, and communicating compellingly to influence business decisions. You're willing to roll up your sleeves to get the work done. You excel at working in highly collaborative team environments, and create a culture of inclusivity and authenticity and build trust.
Responsibilities:Cross-functional leadership: Lead initiatives that span across PMM, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to drive projects forward. Be seen as team lead for various initiatives, and have a POV to share.Strategic growth: Drive complex projects across various teams. Identify areas of opportunities to unlock growth – develop reasons, evaluate opportunities, and analyze business performance.Customer insights & VOCs: Develop deep audience expertise and serve as the voice of the customer through research, analysis, and first-hand customer experience. Drive customer research as needed. Understand the end-to-end customer journeys, and champion to build the best experiences.GTM plan and program execution: Build and deliver on GTM plans – focused on acquisition to adoption.Product planning: Collaborate with Product teams to influence product strategy.Requirements:BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success; MBA a plus7+ years relevant product marketing experience in fast paced technology/SaaS companiesBackground working with SMB/Mid-Market customers; working with Sales teamsProven experience communicating and presenting data to peers and senior managementDeep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid analysisCreative attitude, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problemsStrong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and willing to tackle opportunities head-on.Highly collaborative work styleGlobal awareness and experience working with global teamsSomeone who strives to set a higher standard on everything they doOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
