Job DescriptionStrategic Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders.Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Business Unit.Operational Support: Aid in the development and implementation of processes and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.Documentation and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Ideally on MT or PT time zone; Hybrid work setting
Travel 10 to 20 % QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.Experience: 12 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field with experience working with senior leadership. Semiconductor industry experience would be a distinct advantage.Some Consulting preferred.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong business and financial acumenStrategic mindset and strong problem solverComfortable in fast-paced environment and ambiguity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey points clearly and succinctly especially to senior leadership.High EQ with team-oriented working styleSelf-starter, someone who sees issues and takes them onAdditional InformationThe expected annual pay range for this position is $170K - $213K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
