Lycopodiumis currently recruiting for a Principal Structural Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Perth.
The Principal Structural Engineer is responsible for proficiently managing the coordination and production of design outputs.
The tasks you'll perform
Provide proficient and accurate design input for the production of Structural drawings.
Maintain the quality of output produced from the appointed discipline team to ensure deliverables are met to high-level of accuracy.
Develop and monitor the production of designs in accordance with Project, Client and regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
Contribute to engineers-in-training's professional development by providing consistent mentoring and identify avenues of development.
The expertise you'll bring
University Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
15+ post graduate experience in mineral processing or related industries.
Perform accurate engineering design and calculations for foundation, concrete and steel structures.
Interpret engineering drawings, documents, specifications and scopes.
Identify scope variations and prepare relevant documentation accordingly.
