This role demands a visionary leader who can blend technical expertise with strategic business acumen. 3.Experience 12to15Yrs 4.Required Skills ,Google Analytics 5.Nice to have skills 6.Technology -Not Applicable 7.Shift Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with the companys business goals. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Utilize Google Analytics to gather insights, drive decisions, and measure performance effectively. - Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all business processes and systems. - Conduct thorough market and technology research to stay ahead of trends and recommend innovative solutions. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Drive the integration of cloud-based solutions, optimizing operations and reducing costs. - Oversee the documentation of all architectural designs and analyses. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. -Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on business architecture and Google Analytics. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex business solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading teams towards achieving organizational goals. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, data security practices, and software development methodologies. - A continuous learner, open to adopting new technologies and frameworks to solve business challenges. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
