Job Summary:The Print Production Assistant at The UPS Store #0392 in Florence, South Carolina is responsible for providing printing and graphic design services to customers. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires strong customer service, organization, and technical skills. The Print Production Assistant will work as an individual contributor and will report to the Document Services Manager.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is $12 per hour, paid biweekly. Other benefits include a competitive healthcare package, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with their printing needsOperate various printing equipment such as printers, copiers, and laminatorsHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficientlyProvide graphic design services including creating and editing designs for print materialsMaintain inventory of printing supplies and place orders as neededEnsure that all print jobs are produced accurately and on timeCommunicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on their print ordersTroubleshoot technical issues with equipment and escalate to management as neededKeep the print area clean and organizedProvide exceptional customer service at all timesRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in a customer service or print production role preferredProficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of printing and finishing techniquesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysEEOC Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
