```Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals who require specialized medical attention. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.Duties:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Provide wound care- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical recordsQualifications:- Valid nursing license in IL- Proven experience as a Private Duty Nurse or similar role- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and make sound decisionsNote: This is not an exhaustive list of duties and qualifications.
