We are currently looking for an *RN or LPN* to work 1 on 1 with a patient in the _Riverhead_ area.
*Settings:* 1 on 1 private duty, home care
*Shifts needed:* Thurs 2 PM - 6 PM and Sat overnight 9 PM - 9 AM
*Diagnosis*: Quadriplegic, male adult
*Rate per hour: *LPN $35 */* RN $45
*Onboarding Requirements:*
* NY RN or LPN License + Registration Certificate
* BLS
* Malpractice Insurance
* NPI #
* Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
* MMR Titers
*Skill Sets REQUIRED:*
* Quadriplegic care
* Good with Technology
* Great bedside manners
