Private Equity & Buyout Associate – Los Angeles

Annual salary: $310,000 – $365,000
This is a Los Angeles opportunity to focus on representing private equity funds, management groups, consortiums, family offices, lenders, and portfolio companies on the full spectrum of transactions.
As an experienced associate attorney, you will provide operational and strategic counsel to portfolio companies, offer a dedicated debt finance team to advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, advise on follow-on acquisitions through the firm's mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional teams, advise on liquidity through M&A/PE and capital markets teams, and counsel on current market conditions.
If you have solid experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents while meeting the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients, we would be interested in discussing this opportunity with you.
