PRIVATE EQUITY DEBT FINANCE SENIOR (0549)DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly qualified senior associate with 5 – 8 years of experience to join their Debt Finance group.
The ideal candidate should have specific experience in representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
The role requires experience in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
