Job description:Our client, a globally recognized leader in Private Equity, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join their award-winning Private Equity Group. This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the top-ranked PE practices, known for executing more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm globally.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including:Mergers and acquisitionsLeveraged recapitalizationsGrowth equity and venture capital transactionsExits and equity compensationWork independently on transaction components while collaborating effectively within larger deal teams.Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.Qualifications:Key Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firms Corporate or Private Equity practice.Proven ability to independently manage components of complex transactions.Experience working on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters.Proactive mindset, with a strong business sense and attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.Education and Experience:Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.Comparable experience in a leading Big Law firm.Why is This a Great Opportunity:Compensation:Base Salary Range: $260,000 to $390,000 (commensurate with experience), plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and highly regarded Private Equity practice.Please submit resume and Deal Sheet.
