To accomplish that, we offer self-managed time off to take the time you need to do your best work, flexible work hours, and a supportive team environment.Vibrant company culture: We love to keep things light-hearted, both within our client work and at companywide events.What you'll be accountable for: Client DeliveryResponsible for overall success of project delivery and providing strategic guidance to both client and delivery teams.Lead multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and technologists on the delivery of strategic assessments to identify and unlock value for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.Document and explain complex business technology and architecture in a simplified manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.Analyze systems risks and weaknesses; establish targeted remediation activities with necessary investments outlined.Understand business strategy, operating model, and P&L for companies in a variety of industries.Assess Value Creation Opportunities (VCOs) for technology to enable a company's vision; develop an evidence-based business case and create an executable roadmap.Service Line DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and new capabilities.Elevate PE capabilities by creating delivery accelerators, new go-to-market products.You have excellent communication skills and are able to act as a thought leader (writing, presenting, collaborating, etc.).Business Development SupportLead the development of proposals and sales initiatives, showcasing Inspire11's unique value proposition to prospective clients.Foster authentic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Tools for success: Extensive experience in Technology and/or commercial diligence, digital transformation, or related fields within the consulting industry.Extensive experience in cultivating and driving new and existing client relationships.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, delivering results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and inspiring others.Alignment with Inspire11's values, including the courage to take bold risks, a commitment to doing the right thing, and a passion for making the complex simple.EEOC Inspire11 is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
