We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OR Registered Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the operating room and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The Perioperative Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patient populations, addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the Perioperative environment and communicates with surgeon and CRNA continuously and as needed about patient condition.
This position also assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory including product outdates, participates in performance improvement activities, and assesses surgical environment for equipment functioning and readiness, obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the surgical operating team are met.
Monitors, positions, and assists patients during all phases of the surgical process.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the operating room
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, administer medications, and provide post-operative care
- Assist with patient positioning, draping, and preparation for surgery
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the desire to improve health, get results, be self-motivated and compassionate to our patients and guests Plus:
Current Registered Nurse license within the State of Idaho.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
(BSN Preferred) Current BLS Certification required.
ACLS certification completed by the end of orientation and before taking solo call.
PALS certification completed by the end of orientation and before taking solo call.
Minimum of one (1) year work experience in Peri-Operative environment preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Salary Description
$36 - $50 per hour
