Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Probate Paralegal needed in our client's Boca Raton office to join their Trust and Estates Practice Group.



The Paralegal will have extensive knowledge regarding probate, including prior experience with guardianships and trust modifications.
The candidate should be organized, have strong written communication skills, handle a high volume fast paced environment while paying attention to detail and take initiative to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The candidate should have a minimum of three to five years' experience in a Law Firm setting supporting a Trust and Estates Practice Group.
