Probate Paralegal

Reputable law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy is looking to hire an experienced probate paralegal. This is a hybrid position that will allow you the flexibility and opportunity to balance professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with probate administration matters.Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings.Coordinate with courts, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure compliance.Draft correspondence.Conduct research on probate laws and regulations in Connecticut.Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.Provide client support by answering questions and addressing concerns related to probate processes.
