We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Procedure Scheduler at Albany Gastroenterology Consultants of Albany New York
The Procedure Scheduler Responsibilities are: Scheduling office appointments Booking hospital procedures Setting up all related tests, labs and radiology studies Responding to calls by patients and referring physicians Cancel and reschedule appointments notifying appropriate people and places. Complete tasks in a timely manner with appropriate documentation. Utilize Excel spreadsheet in daily work.
The Procedure Scheduler must have the following qualifications and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of office processes and procedures acquired through three to five years of office experience or equivalent. Ability to learn and to maintain strong relationships with physicians and co-workers. Position requires a flexible work schedule. Strong organizational skills
