Process Analyst – Workforce Assessment & Documentation
Location: Bay City, TX
Job Summary:
The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing job positions, identifying gaps, and updating workforce and training documentation. This includes assessing standard headcount (HC), reviewing work instructions (WI), and ensuring alignment across various systems such as TSE and IDM. The role also involves creating and validating WI matrices, reviewing criticality, and updating the WI evaluation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment
Analyze job positions by comparing standard headcount with the TSE structure and identifying gaps.
Update the TSE tree with correct job titles and ensure alignment with actual headcount in HR systems.
Analyze existing Work Instructions (WI) by crosschecking between IDM and TSE.
Identify gaps between systems and update to ensure accurate On-the-Job Training (OJT) documentation.
1. Definition
Prepare and validate WI matrices with operations.
Update matrices in TSE and IDM, ensuring correct job positions and criticality are reflected.
Review and validate criticality in collaboration with Operations, Technology, HSE, and Quality teams.
Perform updates to WI when required.
2. Implementation
Create and update critical WI evaluations in IDM.
Define evaluation questions for WI and upload them into the WIET system.
Ensure all attributes are properly migrated and updated in both IDM and TSE.
Train WI writers to complete documentation with accurate metadata.
Qualifications:
Experience with workforce analysis, process documentation, or similar tasks.
Familiarity with Tenaris's Systems: TSE & IDM systems and some knowledge of headcount management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cross-functional processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the steel, manufacturing, or energy sector.
Knowledge of Work Instructions (WI) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) processes.
Salary range: $20 - $30 hourly
