Position Summary: Analyze, design, and implement production processes to measurably improve efficiency and quality metrics. Evaluate and monitor processes to ensure safety and consistency. Conduct statistical analysis to validate and quantify changes in process control. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet all customer and internal specifications to make ready for shipment.

Position Overview: As a Sustaining Electrical Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of capital equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our equipment. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to semiconductor equipment including: Robotics Linear Motion Pneumatics Vacuum Systems Controls Signal Processing Wafer Handling Systems Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to identify and implement improvements. Create and maintain training documentation for technicians. Train technicians on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols. Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Experience reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of robotics and control systems (preferred). Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
