Process Manager

BMO is currently sourcing for a Process Manager position on a 12-month contract.


Summary of Role:
Process Manager role in Indirect Lending at BMO, responsible for executing policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships.
This role involves monitoring dealer performance metrics, addressing breaches, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships.


Years of experience:
4 - 6 years

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Execute policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program
- Monitor dealer performance metrics and address breaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Analyze business data and provide insights for decision-making

Required Skills:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent
- Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices
- Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
