Responsibilities
• Understand and adhere to industry standards for quality in microelectronics construction• Write, interpret, and maintain installation guidelines, bulletins, and memos• Ensure compliance with contract guidelines• Be a content expert in piping construction and communicate expectations• Demonstrate strong knowledge in various methods of pipe joining• Maintain ASME B31.3 compliant weld certifications• Be certified in PVDF fusion processes and PVC/CPVC bonding
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process piping QA• Thorough understanding of industry standards and codes• Strong knowledge of various methods of pipe joining and welding• ASME B31.3 compliant weld certifications• Certification in PVDF fusion processes and PVC/CPVC bonding• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
