Process Safety Management Director will be responsible for guaranteeing safety for people utilizing various equipment, higher yields, and higher attainment in the organization.Dimensions2 Direct reports - Process Safety ManagersSupporting all pellet operations across North America70% Travel throughout North AmericaResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement PSM Programs: Lead the development, implementation, and management of PSM programs.Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Oversee the completion of PHAs, facilitate hazard identification and risk analysis sessions, and ensure timely follow-up on recommended actions.Management of Change (MOC): Establish and maintain a robust MOC process to manage operational, equipment, or procedural changes that impact process safety.Incident Investigation: Lead or support investigations of process safety-related incidents, near misses, and deviations; ensure root causes are identified, corrective actions are implemented, and lessons learned are communicated.Mechanical Integrity: Ensure the development and implementation of mechanical integrity programs to maintain the safe operation of critical equipment, including pressure vessels, piping systems, and safety-critical devices.Compliance Audits: Lead and coordinate internal and external PSM compliance audits and reviews.
