As a Process Technician at Rigetti computing, you will build novel quantum chips developed in our Fab-1 facility. You will work on the Production Operations team fabricating devices with validated processes, and also provide metrology, and data gathering support for engineers in the Fab.
Key Responsibilities
Execute processes in wet etch, cleans, and other modules, following documented standard operating procedures and recipes
Perform metrology, both in-line with processes and end-of-line probing, escalate to engineering when there is a non-standard event
Maintain equipment and process calibration according to tool SOPs
Assist with routine facility upkeep such as restocking gown room items and other supplies
Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs
Requirements
2+ years of relevant, hands-on semiconductor fabrication experience
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment, including following hazmat protocols
Experience using and operating a wide range of semiconductor/MEMS processing tools such as wet etch, lithography, microscopes, film measurement, and other metrology tools
Can prioritize work based on MES, fab goals, and pass downs independently
Excellent communication skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work overtime if needed
The current shift hours are 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
Overtime available (weekends) - based on company needs/requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Military background, Associate's Degree, vocational certificate, with 3+ years experience in semiconductor fabrication experience
Experience in both production and research environments
Experience working with small teams or small companies/start-up work environments
Additional industry experience
Manual wafer handling experience
$40.87 - $43.27 an hour
