The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Some knowledge of IRAs, insurance products, and financial institutions.
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Administrative and data entry proficiency.
Bachelors degree required.
Day to Day:
Update and track client paperwork and applications.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and financial institutions to expedite actions.
Assist with organizing and submitting applications for insurance and retirement products.
Maintain accurate electronic records and physical files.
Ensure workflow meets productivity and timeliness standards.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is detail-oriented and keen on making a difference within a reputable company.
It's a Permanent role with a maximum salary of $50,000 depending on experience.
