Processing Supervisor

Regional protein processing & packaging facility seeks an experienced Processing Supervisor, 1st shift. State of the art facility, 75% of healthcare premium is paid for by the company and one will either work 5:30a-3:30p or 7:30a-5:30p, M-F, non-rotating.
Professional that has 3-5 years of current, or recent, experience working in a USDA-regulated facility is desired. A proven leader of employees who is not only task-oriented but able to envision, work towards, & lead others towards future growth. Anticipating future roadblocks, based on experience, and training employees for their success in their role(s).
Working directly with plant Leadership on production challenges, goals, & safety is key so communication must be a strength. Understanding the "why" something needs to be done will result in success for the company, their customers, & their employees.
The compensation range for this role is up to $80,000 base per year, based on experience & internal equity. Bonus potential, up to 10%, is paid Qtr 1 of each year. Leading a team of 15-30 employees as it pertains to payroll, scheduling, training, etc. If a professional speaks Spanish that would be helpful but not required. Some relocation assistance will be offered for non-local professionals.
