Responsibilities
Develop and lead firm's business development strategy
Track and vet potential clients in our CRM with the ability to develop campaigns and reports
Assist with public relations to complement the firm's business development strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in relation to our integrated marketing campaigns
Manage and update firm's website, web presence, and social media; develop strategies for developing and sharing content across digital platforms
Advance the firm's presence through industry award submissions and press releases
Develop and drive strategies that optimize our existing SEO/SEM efforts; driving performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Works with our senior team to evolve firm's brand identity
Build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Qualifications
BS Marketing, Graphic Development, or related emphasis required with 7 years of relevant experience
Must be proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite, website design, Issuu, and Houzz
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with web presence management including SEO
Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, and/or Hootesuite is preferred
