The Role We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Procurement Manager to join our Finance organization. The primary focus of this position is to work effectively with the Source to Contract process including, but not limited to, assisting purchase owners with vendor management, supporting new vendor onboarding process with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective process, monitoring and supporting vendor renewals, leveraging technology to ensure control and effective process flow, working closely with downstream process owners to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. The position will work hand in hand with our AP manager, and require relationship building and alignment with legal, data privacy, security and FP&A. This position will report to the VP, Corporate Controller and must have the ability to problem-solve, work both autonomously and in a team-oriented environment. \n Your Daily Adventures Will IncludeAssisting internal business owners with approach to and recommendations for vendor negotiationsAssisting internal business owners with various Procurement functions, including requests for purchase requisitions, change orders for purchase ordersDevelopment and management of vendor renewal trackingInteraction with source to pay stakeholders, including prioritization of vendor-relate requests, managing exceptions to process/normal timelineReview AP aging with AP manager and help to ensure upstream source to pay issues are not gating the timely payment of invoicesEnsuring timely payment of all invoices and check requests in accordance with vendor terms and payment scheduleDevelop training materials and procedure documentation for business owners to effectively contribute to the source to pay proessAssist with training key stakeholders in source to pay process Our Vision Of You5-10 years of experience in Procurement functions, preferably in a high-growth SaaS companyExperience with NetSuite, Coupa, ZipHQ or other vendor management software is highly preferredExperience with vendor contract negotiations preferredThorough understanding and knowledge of AP and basic Procurement proceduresExcellent communication skills both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesire to develop leadership and technical skills; pursue advancement opportunities within the CompanyStrong attention to detail, goal-oriented Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business unitsBachelor's degree in Business, accounting, finance or related fields is preferred
\nThe annual base salary range for this role is $85,500-$110,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience.
