Are you ready to make a real impact? I am working with a company in the distribution industry that is seeking a hardworking and driven Procurement Specialist to join their team.
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be the backbone of the Corporate Procurement team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and driving actionable insights through data analysis, while managing purchase orders, resolving invoice discrepancies, and overseeing requisitions. Be the go-to person for troubleshooting Ariba issues and ensuring smooth transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
You will also unlock data insights from SAP and beyond, craft impactful reports to guide strategic decisions, drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining the Spend Analytics tool, and collaborate with teammates to foster innovation.
Ariba P2P experience is a must!!

+ Creating & maintaining Punchout and CIF Catalogs as well as maintaining contract and blanket POs
+ Purchase Requisitions and PO activity
+ Excel Analytics
+ SAP data collection
+ System Migration
+ Vendor Management
Skills
+ Ariba (1 year of experience is required)
+ Purchase Requisitions (1 year of experience is required)
+ Purchase to Pay (2 years of experience is required)
+ Excel Pivot Tables (2 years of experience is required)
+ SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)
+ Powerpoint (1 year of experience is preferred)
+ Reconciliation
+ Punchout Catalogs (1 year of experience is preferred)
