Job Summary: The Production Leader will be responsible for achieving overall revenue and growth objectives. This role will focus on providing a holistic approach to managing the organization's overall sales strategy. In addition, the Production Leader will interface with local and national corporate leadership to implement and execute goal-achieving strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop deep industry knowledge in verticals such as transportation, aviation, equine, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, and healthcare to provide specialized services.Mentor and train Producers and other team members from a sales perspective; including creating and executing specialized sales trainings.Continually utilize network and professional connections to recruit additional Producers and sales associates.Coordinate with on-site, regional and corporate leadership to understand sales and specialization objectives.Drive direct client growth by analyzing and understanding market and industry trends and implementing strategies to capture new revenue.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 10-20 years of progressive, successful production experience and support; majority must be within a brokerage.Deep expertise, market relationships and strong visibility in the insurance marketplace.Proven progressive track record in driving new business results.Demonstrated people and process management background.A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients and associates.Strong listening, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Public speaking and presentation experience.Strong degree of self-motivation.P&C licenses required.Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 structured comp. with commission earnings.MedicalVisionLife InsuranceFlex Paid Time Off401KPCF Insurance Services is an equal opportunity employer.
