The role, in a nutshell: We're seeking a passionate and driven Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping our product roadmap and driving data-informed decisions. You will partner closely with Product Managers to define, measure, and analyze key product metrics, uncovering actionable insights that fuel product strategy and growth.
What you'll do: Influence Product Strategy: Work closely with the Chief Product officer as well as collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to influence strategic product decisions by providing data-driven impact assessments and forecasting the potential outcomes of product roadmaps.. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-backed solutions to drive business growth. Build Data-Driven Alignment: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the Engineering & Product organization and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture. Develop and Maintain KPIs: Design and implement a robust KPI framework for our product squads, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Data Integrity and Quality: Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data. Collaborate on Data Infrastructure: Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain models for product analytics in BigQuery. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Base Salary Range
