The Lifestyle Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting in product assortment planning, new product development, and the support of product throughout its lifecycle. This includes assisting in defining the vision & direction of the product assortments, developing the product with key partners, and working closely with sales, marketing and operations to bring new product to market. The Product Coordinator will assist in executing the product line strategy for each of our Lifestyle product categories to ensure revenue, market share, and profitability targets are met globally.
Essential Functions Lead the coordination of new lifestyle product assortments from concept to launchManage relationships with vendors in development of new product assortments, pricing negotiations, and product quality alignmentCollaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycleAssist in communication & education of new products to Commercial and internal teamsMaintain and organize product information for new and existing productRequired Skills/Abilities Highly organized and comfortable multi-tasking in fast-paced environmentMust be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with department and other cross functional teamsBackground in musical instruments and consumer products preferredRequired Education and Experience B.S in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent degree3-4 years of experience with product development and managementExperience in product licensing preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsProject management skills combined with ability to work as part of a teamPersonal Qualities Passionate about working and winning in a team environmentResults oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to planFlexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
