The Role:Our Foundations team is a cross-functional group of designers, product managers, and engineers responsible for building and maintaining the design system, accessibility standards, and internal tooling for Tinder across Mobile and Web. We oversee the design language of Tinder, defining the visual, interaction, and motion foundations that ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across our products. Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users and that our internal tools empower teams to work more effectively.
We're seeking a Design leader to oversee our design systems, accessibility standards, and internal tooling platforms. This role will be responsible for defining and evolving our design systems while ensuring accessibility is prioritized across our products. You will also take ownership of the internal tooling that supports design and engineering teams, driving efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate about design craftsmanship, accessibility, and working collaboratively to shape how millions of people discover, connect, and engage meaningfully on Tinder.
