Product Designer – Design Pickle As a leading creative enablement platform, Design Pickle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the product experience for our customers and global network of creatives. With a strong focus on both consumer and business products, this position requires entrepreneurial drive, analytical thinking, and a dedication to making creative workflows effortless for all users.
Reporting to the Lead Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Product team and other departments such as Engineering, Product Management, Global Operations, and Marketing. As a fully remote company with a hub in Scottsdale, Arizona, Design Pickle offers a flexible and inclusive work environment.
Who We Are Looking For At Design Pickle, we value diversity and individuality. We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate, creative, and driven to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and product marketing teams. They should also have expertise in product design best practices, information architecture, and experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities Collaborating effectively with teams across different time zones to deliver impactful and high-quality designs.Bringing our creative platform to life through clickable, realistic prototypes and envisioning future state experiences.Utilizing your technical expertise to develop design intent through prototyping and iterative refinement.Using data analytics, user testing, and research to inform and validate design decisions.Staying up-to-date with the latest design practices and methodologies.Scaling design resources and overseeing multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.Driving best practices in process and methodologies to deliver against business needs.Partnering with cross-functional teams to iterate on product designs and drive impact on business KPIs.Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the success of our experiences.Introducing and evolving design thinking methods and ways of working to consistently improve the quality and execution of design.Contributing to the evolution of our design system to ensure excellent and efficient design at scale.Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a two-sided marketplace ecosystem.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Development, Computer Science, Human Center/Computer Design (HCI), or a related field (preferred).Experience in technology-enabled services (preferred).Expertise in Figma, Miro, Jira/Confluence, Pendo, Productboard, Zeroheight (preferred).Experience with Agile development and remote teams (preferred).Benefits, Compensation, and Perks Uncapped PTO.Major medical healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.Remote-work flexibility.401K with a company match.World-class Company Hub with state-of-the-art amenities and equipment.In-office gym and Peloton studio.Life-changing massage chair.New parent leave and short/long-term disability options.Paid training and personal development.Pet insurance.Team retreats, social events, and adventures.About Design Pickle Founded in 2015, Design Pickle is the #1 flat-rate creative services company in the world.
