Job Description Our technology powers firms who are running due diligence on billion-dollar deals or scouring decades of case law, who all rely on Hebbia to find unique and relevant results.
You will be on a team responsible for driving the design of our product. You will be an integral member of our Design team, working closely with cross-functional team members across engineering, product management, and customer engagement, to create user-centered designs.
Our team works in person 5 days a week at our SoHo headquarters in NYC.
Responsibilities Own the design of our product features and end-to-end user experience; ensuring that the product is intuitive, visually appealing, and meets the needs of our users. Collaborate with your fellow product designers - as well as cross-functional teams - to define and implement design solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Contribute to the Design System and the overall design culture of Hebbia, bringing a constant focus on user needs and the way they inform the organization's strategic objectives. Who You Are 3+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and product design skills. B2B Product Design with a focus on web experience preferred. Proficiency with Figma; Foundational CSS, HTML and Javascript a plus Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major initiatives Extreme passion for learning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration We'd love to see some of your work. Compensation The salary range for this position is set between $130,000 and $180,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
